Escazu Artisan Chocolates is one of only a handful of chocolate companies in the country that make chocolate entirely from the bean.

We purchased fine cacao directly from farms in Latin America and then roast and grind it into the highest quality chocolate... which we then hand mold into bars.

On the retail side we make and sell small chocolate confections, truffles, hot chocolate and chocolate bars amongst other things.  We also have a seating area so that our guests can sit and enjoy their treats.

It takes a lot of time and effort to make sure that every chocolate bar and confection we make is special. We do it, because we believe that food should be made with care, attention and love, by passionate people and with the best quality ingredients possible.

We offer tours of our workshop every first friday and saturday of the month.
