Escazu Artisan Chocolates is one of only a handful of chocolate companies in the country that make chocolate entirely from the bean. We purchase fine cacao directly from farms in Latin America, and then roast and grind it into the highest quality chocolate which we hand mold into bars. On the retail side we make and sell small chocolate confections, truffles, hot chocolate and chocolate Bars amongst other things. We also have a seating area so that our customers can enjoy our chocolates, ice cream, hot chocolate and coffee. All of our chocolates are handmade in Raleigh with attention and care.
