Pot Luck Catering & Concessions is a full-service on-site catering company serving, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill. The Wake Forest based company operates a state-of-the-art mobile gourmet kitchen. Chef Andrew Forster conceived of the idea while serving as Executive Chef aboard several multi-million dollar yachts in South Florida and the Carribbean. Chef Forster's culinary arts training and his unique experiences, including an appearance on Hell's Kitchen, make him the perfect person to take-on the needs of any event. From a simple and elegant wedding to a full-spectrum corporate event, Pot Luck Catering & Concessions provides excellent service and delicious food.
