Seaboard ACE Hardware

For a real treat, step into one of the most unusual hardware stores around.  It will take you back to the days of the local neighborhood merchant. We are proud to carry the best in the industry as well. We are a Benjamin Moore Paints dealer and have an extensive house wares department.

You’ll find Seaboard ACE Hardware conveniently located in downtown Raleigh at 802 Semart Drive, across from the old Seaboard Railroad Station right off Peace Street. Please stop by and introduce yourself to the owners, Donna and Bob King.  Seaboard Station is located in the historic Seaboard Station complex of 1940’s and 50’s-era warehouses and train station. Logan Trading, located in the old Seaboard train station, has long been a local landmark. Donna and Bob are proud to be their neighbors – and yours.

For your convenience, Seaboard ACE stocks more than 30,000 items in hardware, house wares, electrical, paints, plumbing, tools, lawn & garden, and outdoor living accessories.  We even have a 1942 Ford Panel Delivery truck that delivers locally to the residents of the area. You’ll often see the old red truck with the vintage ‘40’s ACE logo traveling through the neighborhood streets.

Seaboard Ace Hardware is locally owned and independently operated, with its owners residing in Raleigh. As part of a retailers’ cooperative, it employs economies of scale and uses group purchasing power in order to compete with national chains.
