The Raleigh Wine Shop was created out of a shared passion among three friends and wine industry veterans. The new Glenwood South shop welcomes both wine novice and connoisseur with a bright, inviting atmosphere and varied price points on quality wines created with the purity of the fruit in mind. Seth, Jeff and Ryan’s unparalleled selection process had them tasting literally thousands of wines over the course of three months to find those that fit their criteria of quality and value.

The Raleigh Wine Shop team focuses on selecting ‘honest’ wines that use grapes farmed with a genuine care for the land and crafted with a sense of place of origin. All of the traditional wine sources from around the world are well represented; from France and the United States to Chile and Portugal, every selection offers the aromas, flavors and overall balance that the three feel are true to character and convey a sense of where they were grown. As a customer at the Raleigh Wine Shop, you are assured that you will be speaking to an owner that is eager to help you discover the wines you’ll love.

In addition to carefully selected wines, the Raleigh Wine Shop will also carry beer and provisions that traditionally pair with wines such as olives, cheese, locally made crackers and salami. Coffee and olive oils will also be available.
