In addition to numerous musical acts, and food and beverages, there are various shows and exhibits, TattooFest, motorcycle-themed vendors and manufacturers, ride-in bike shows, custom bike builders and more!

The event also includes the annual Patriot Ride on the Friday of Bikefest, which raises money for the NC National Guard and Homes for Our Troops.  Find more info on Facebook!
