Brewgaloo – Vendor Application
Are you a locally owned and independent business wanting to sell your items at Brewgaloo? Submit your application to be considered to be a Brewgaloo vendor. No multi-level selling pop-ups will be permitted.
Saturday fees: 10 x 10 spaces are $150 for SLR members, $250 for non-SLR members
Friday night fees: 10 x 10 spaces are $50 for members, $100 for non-SLR members
Filling out the application does not guarantee booth space.
Vendors must be independent, not of a franchise or national chain. No multi-level sales affiliates. No exceptions. Vendors must have a retail aspect to them and sell tangible goods. Service providers are only eligible for booths through sponsorship of the event.
Brewgaloo vendors are to supply their own set-up (ie. tents, tables, chairs, displays) to fit inside a 10X10 footprint. There will be light poles, however, since the event does run into the evening, you will want to you bring your own lighting for display. If electricity is needed, please let us know in advance so we may provide a power hook up. Vendors are required to bring their own power strip and extension cord. Set up will begin at 7 am Saturday morning. Larger vehicles will have the opportunity to set up on Friday night. Vendors must remain in place for full event (until 10 pm Saturday night). No early breakdowns! You will be permitted starting at 10:30pm to drive onto the festival footprint to load up your items. This is for the safety of all involved.
