City of Oaks Dental was established by Dr. Vivian Throop while working alongside Dr. Daniel Makely in his dental office.
Dr. Makely elected to retire in early 2018 and Dr. Throop is continuing the dental practice with a similar style of dental treatment that includes conservative, high quality, patient-oriented dental care.
