Bev’s Fine Art will be hosting a contemporary vs. traditional fall show October 22nd and October 23rd from 6:00PM to 8:30PM. Featuring four artists with unique and unmistakable styles showcasing fifteen to twenty original pieces, many of which have never been seen before. Two of the artists are local to North Carolina, while the other two are from the western U.S..
For the show, they have challenged all four artists to create a 30″x30″ composition, in their respective styles, of the North Carolina Museum of Art’s reflecting pool with the Rodin sculptures. Each artist was given the same imagery to create their piece, so it will be exciting to see how each style captures the same scene, side by side. These four pieces will be unveiled at the show.
