Here’s the lowdown on what’s happening:
6:00 PM: Doors Swing Open Get comfy, mingle, and take a whirlwind tour of the puzzle paradise that awaits!
6:30 PM: Let’s Get Acquainted with Our Mission. We’ll kick things off by sharing our mission.
6:35 PM: Present Medals for Best Summer Attire and Most Creative Team Name. Get everyone in the puzzling spirit!
6:45-7:45 PM: Puzzle Palooza! Time to put those puzzle-solving skills to the test! Expect about 45-60 mins of speed puzzling excitement as each team tackles their 300-piece masterpiece.
7:45-8:30 PM: The Grand Finale For those still piecing things together, no worries! Take your time while others wrap up their puzzle and shop gift list.
What to Expect:
- Team Challenge:Â Each team (up to 20 teams!) will have their own 300-piece puzzle to conquer. We’re doubling the fun by setting up teams at extended tables, sporting your creative team name!
- Swag Alert:Â Every attendee gets a favor bag packed with goodies.
- Grand Prize Galore:Â The first team to complete the puzzle get custom gold 1st place medals and a big surprise!
Smaller Prizes Up for Grabs:
Prizes to be announced at a later date.
- Best Decked Duo:Don your best summer themed attirefor a chance to win.
