We’re excited to be collaborating with our friends at TOPO, the only USDA Certified Organic, local and sustainable distillery in the South. Their gold medal winning TOPO Vodka, TOPO Piedmont Gin and TOPO Carolina Whiskey are all hand crafted from organic Carolina soft red winter wheat grown less than 100 miles from their Chapel Hill, NC home.
The evening will feature four tasting courses, each paired with a specialty cocktail made from TOPO spirits. How does a Shiso & Yuzu Martini with Pink Pepper Seared Tuna Nacho sound? Or Parsley & Coriander Gin Julep with Sambuca Oysters Rockefeller? And we can’t forget the Albino “Old Fashioned” with Local Winter Wheat Smoked Lamb or the Warm Apple Cider Fizz with Butterscotch & Bourbon Krimpets.
