On Saturday March 29th at 7:30am, Sola Coffee & Cafe in North Raleigh is holding their 1st Annual Sola Run/Walk and Fun Run. This will be a fun 5k race for runner of all levels and will help support our troops and their families by benefiting the USO of North Carolina.
Race Info
The run features an out and back course along Sawmill Road that will start and stop at Sola Coffee & Cafe’. This family 5K will take you around the businesses and community of Greystone. You can view a map of the race course here. The race will begin at 7:30am. There is also a 200 yard family “Fun Run” for children 7 years and under. Kids are welcome to participate in group fitness with Marine ROC folks prior to the Family fun run.
Benefits The USO of North Carolina
All proceeds will benefit the USO of North Carolina, a non-profit who’s mission is to support the morale, health and human services, and recreational needs of troops and their families, free of charge.
