Attention! Sarge’s Chef on Wheels, is a mobile restaurant and food truck feeding the hungry folks throughout Raleigh-Durham. Our specialty is catering special events.

Our menu features “Chop Soul.” That’s down-home cooking with an Asian/Caribbean flair. If you’ve never tried our food before, you are in for quite a treat. We are fully licensed and insured, so your party is safe in our capable hands!

A Message from the Son of Sarge

Sarge’s Chef on Wheels is inspired by and dedicated to my parents. While serving in the Air Force for 30 years, my father had tours of duty in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. He retired in 1974 as a First Senior Master Sergeant.

We thank him and all others who stand up and come to the service of their country. But in particular, sergeants are the backbone of any hierarchy, and for that reason we honor sarges everywhere.
