Royal Cheesecake & Varieties is run by Ken & Tamara, who have been baking for over 15 years. Ken is culinary certified and Servsafe certified. Tamara is “grandma certified” and Servsafe certified. They have a dessert truck and a brick and mortar in Raleigh near RDU and Brier Creek. They serve a variety of desserts including their famous Chicken & Waffle Cheesecake, Mr. Turtle Cheesecake, cupcakes and more. Their menu which rotates weekly is posted on their website and social media. You can order online for custom and whole cakes or stop by their bakery for individual treats.
