 Class Description: Balsamic Vinegar 101 is a perfect for anyone with a curiosity for the world of balsamic vinegar. This course will explore the history, production process and the art of tasting the finest barrel aged vinegars. Participants will sample 3 store bought premium vinegars.The Brovelli staff will then prepare a meal integrating Infused Vinegars

Included are:  Roasted seasonal vegetables, Shredded Beef & Apple brown betty made with store products paired for the event  plus, Brovelli’ s Oil & Vinegar tasting wall.

Every participant will receive a Complimentary choice of 100 ML. of balsamic or wine vinegar.

 Cancellation Policy:  If a participant is unable to make a registered course, they can sign up for another course as a substitute. However, we do not offer refunds currently.
