Masala Wrap
Masala Wrap is a fast casual Indian restaurant in Morrisville. The restaurant, which opened last fall, is described as the Chipotle of Indian food and is the first of its kind in North Carolina. Co-owner Kunal Parikh explained that he and his two partners, who all work in the information technology business, wanted to offer a fresher, lighter version of Indian food in an American way. Masala also offers several sides, including samosas and “masala fries,” which uses a house-made spice blend and Parikh said are among their most popular items.

Pizza La Stella

Custom made Stefano Ferrara ovens easily reach and keep the ideal temperature for baking Neapolitan pizza — up to a blistering 900 degrees. Hand-built brick by brick, these ovens are both stunning and efficient, wood-firing pies in under 90 seconds. Uncompromising when it comes to the traditional preparation and cooking of pizzas. What goes on them though, is entirely up to you.
