Jennifer will be speaking on how to respond to angry, disgruntled customers with finesse and class so you can turn the negatives into positives. Workshop is free for all Shop Local Raleigh and GRMA members.
About the host: Jennifer is the Communication Strategist and Social Media Magician with The Department of Marketing. She started her career as a print journalist and has earned several awards for her work. She then moved on to broadcast and web news at the Raleigh NBC affiliate news station and spent three years producing the 6pm news and managing web content before joining The DofM. Shop Local Raleigh Annual Members Meeting

The GRMA/SLR Annual Meeting is held the last Tuesday of February every year. It’s a time for members to come together, network, share local bites, and learn from fellow business owners. We will review what’s happening in our local area and hear about what Shop Local Raleigh- Greater Raleigh Merchants Association has been working on and will be working on in 2018.
