Scent Artist, Carolyn Hassett, guides you through the process and directs you to the most appropriate essences for the scent you’re composing. Once completed, your fine French eau de parfum is bottled on-site and labeled with the name you give it. The unique formula is for your exclusive use and goes on file for easy reordering at any time.

Public Meeting July 28 to Announce Tools for Economic Development

 

The City of Raleigh invites the public to attend an informational meeting July 28 at the Urban Design Center to announce a the economic development toolkit, comprised of three grant programs meant to support the City’s target areas for economic development. The economic development toolkit will include the façade rehabilitation, building up-fit and business investment grant programs.

 

Economic development is a priority for the Raleigh community and its residents. And creating, retaining and expanding new and existing businesses is a part of this goal. These grants make it possible for local companies and businesses to make physical and logistical improvements to both their business and to the greater Raleigh community.

D.I.G Health & Fitness Challenge Opportunity

D.I.G. and Core invites you to join a community-wide health challenge to help get Raleigh ranked in the top 10 of the most Fit and Healthy Cities in America!

The D.I.G. Challenge is meant to inspire businesses to work together to educate, motivate and provide opportunity for an environment where physical, mental and social health can thrive. It encourages Raleighites to learn and explore some of the health and fitness resources available to them in their community.

The D.I.G. Raleigh Challenge is a 6-week challenge, beginning September 10, 2016, that encourages community collaboration offering a focused local experience in the Raleigh community.

WHO IS D.I.G LOOKING FOR?

• Businesses that offer great services and products that promote looking good, feeling good and having fun doing it. (health and fitness related retailers, healthy food and drink purveyors, clothing stores, outdoor adventure and lifestyle shops, massage therapists, acupuncturists or anything fun and feel good…)

HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED?

• Become a Sponsor (be a vendor at the Health Fair (August 27th), support the mission, get recognition, and help educate challengers through the wellness workshop series)

• Become a Perks Partner (offer discounts and prizes to challengers to increase traffic at your place of business and help them become aware of the resources available)
