During our July Tech Tuesday webinar presenters Mark Weldon, Small Business Development Manager for the City of Raleigh, and Carl Brooks II, Small Business Support Coordinator for the City of Raleigh, shared their wealth of knowledge of the City’s Resources for Small Businesses! They also unveiled their Small Business Insights Tool that is designed to help business owners make more informed decisions regarding their marketing budget to hourly pay for their industry and area.

• BUSINESS STARTUP ROADMAP (Restaurant Pilot) – First of a growing series: Step-by-Step guides to help business owners work efficiently through the startup process, from developing business plans to working with various government agencies for approvals, etc. (More to come)
• SMALL BUSINESS INSIGHTS TOOL – Recently launched: Online 24×7 market intelligence tool for all small business owners to size up their business against competition, as well as finding customers and workforce on detailed City of Raleigh heat maps.
