Ice Cream for Breakfast at Two Roosters 2/3 at 9am
All Two Roosters locations will open early to serve a special Ice Cream For Breakfast Menu featuring: The Cinnamon Roll Sundae (Morning Rolls Cinnamon Roll + any flavor scoop), Leprechauns Delight, Wildberry Poptart, and Caramel Latte. A portion of the morning’s proceeds will fund an Ice Cream For Breakfast for the Raleigh Rescue Mission. 9am-noon. More info.

Learn to make fresh fettuccine and tagliatelle during this Pasta Making Workshop at Hartwell! The cost is $55 and includes hands-on instruction of the pasta making process, plus a beverage and snacks. Aprons and ingredients will be provided. 2pm. More info.

Terrarium Workshop at Logan’s 2/3 at 3:30pm
Learn to build your own terrarium with the help of the greenhouse experts at Logan’s. 3:30pm-5:00pm. More info.

20th Annual Krispy Kreme Challenge 2/3
2,400 calories. 12 Doughnuts. 5 Miles. 1 Hour. What started as a challenge among ten friends has transformed into a nationally publicized charity race. Participants begin the Challenge at the Memorial Belltower at NC State University. Runners then travel 2.5 miles to Krispy Kreme, where they attempt to consume one dozen original glazed doughnuts. The hardest part of the Challenge awaits them as they run 2.5 miles back to the Memorial Belltower. More info.

Astronomy Days at NC Museum of Natural Science 2/3-4 at 10am
Get ready for lift off with the Museum and the Raleigh Astronomy Club at Astronomy Days! You’ll enjoy a celestial adventure that explores the wonders of the universe through technology, telescopes, engaging talks by scientists (including special guests) and plenty of hands-on activities. Asteroids and meteorites — some of the oldest material in the solar system — will be in the spotlight this year. Space enthusiasts of all ages will delight in embarking on this journey through the cosmos! 10am-5pm. More info.
