Meet the Owner: Viktoriia Gorbachevska of Arti Bar
Behind every Arti Bar is a mother’s love, resilience, and a vision for a healthier future. Meet Viktoriia Gorbachevska, founder of Arti Bar; a line of wholesome, delicious snack bars born from a mother’s mission to nourish her family and empower others to do the same.
The Spark of a Business Idea
Viktoriia’s journey into entrepreneurship began long before her first bar was ever made. “My kids and my family have always been my ‘why,’” she shares. “The desire to raise them healthy and give them the best I can has shaped everything I do.”
When her friends started returning not just for visits, but for seconds and thirds of her homemade bars, Viktoriia had a moment of clarity: this was more than a passion. It was a business in the making.

A Journey Marked by Resilience
Her journey took a dramatic turn in 2022, when war forced her to flee her home in Ukraine and seek refuge in the United States. The culture shock of American grocery stores was immediate. “I didn’t expect to see so much processed food,” she recalls. “It was hard to find clean, nutritious options, especially for kids.”
So, she did what any loving, determined mom would do; she started making her own. And her kids loved them. “It’s such a joy to watch them ask for more and more. I even have to hide the bars sometimes!” she laughs.

Reinventing Healthy Snacking
Viktoriia approaches every recipe with intention. Whether it’s a classic chocolate bar for her kids or an apple-cinnamon variety inspired by their favorite snacks, every ingredient is chosen for its nutritional value and taste. Even her mango bar is a nod to a dear friend and sponsor who used to bring home bags of dried mangoes, now reimagined into something even more nourishing.
Fresh Flavors, Bright Future
Arti Bars continues to grow, but Viktoriia’s mission remains the same: to build a brand people can trust, one that offers clean, wholesome food for families just like hers. “I want Arti Bars to be known as a company that truly cares,” she says. “Not just about ingredients, but about the people we serve.”
And there’s more to come. This summer, Arti Bars will launch a new tropical flavor, Piña Colada, with pineapple, coconut, lime, and nuts. “It’s fresh, fun, and perfect for the season,” Viktoriia beams.

Arti Bars started as a way to feed my children with love and it grew into a way to nourish a whole community. Every bar is made with purpose, from one mother to another.”
