How it All Began
Elizabeth’s journey started long before she ever owned a storefront. She was simply looking for meaningful, beautiful gifts to celebrate life’s biggest moments from friends having babies, loved ones getting married, and special occasions that deserved more than something off the shelf. She found herself traveling all over town to collect just the right collection of items for each basket. Soon, people began asking for her help creating baskets of their own, and a passion was born.
In March 2006, Elizabeth officially took over the operations of The Basket Works, an established Raleigh gift basket business dating back to 1987, which she lovingly reimagined as Gingham & Posh. From day one, she set out to elevate the gifting experience through stylish design, premium products, and a signature attention to detail.
