After a successful kickoff event in June, Shop Local Raleigh is excited to announce that its popular Sweetwater Town Center event is officially becoming a recurring monthly series.
Join us Friday, August 1, from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. in the heart of Apex for the next installment of this vibrant, family-friendly event showcasing local businesses, live entertainment, and community connection. What began as a trial run in June quickly proved to be a hit with residents and visitors alike, leading to the creation of a monthly series that will continue through 2026.
Each Friday Nights at Sweetwater will feature a rotating lineup of local artisans, food trucks, local beverages, kids activities, and live music, offering something new and exciting each month.
“Sweetwater is such a special place for gathering, and we knew it had the potential to become a go-to destination for community-centered events,” said Jennifer Martin, Executive Director of Shop Local Raleigh. “The success of our first event confirmed that, and we’re thrilled to continue bringing people together to support local.”
Admission is free, and all ages are welcome. Bring a lawn chair and stay a while—live music will keep the vibes high all evening long.
