This summer, Shop Local Raleigh is teaming up with small businesses across Wake County for a community-wide Summer Food Drive benefitting Inter-Faith Food Shuttle—and we need your help!
As we soak up the last weeks of summer, we’re inviting the community to not only give back but also shop small and support local. From now through August 31st, participating small businesses are serving as food donation drop-off locations—and many of them are saying “thank you” with exclusive deals and discounts for those who give.
Whether you’re picking out a new gift, grabbing a sweet treat, sipping on a local brew, or shopping for something special, you can make a difference by simply bringing a few non-perishable food items along with you. Every donation goes directly to Inter-Faith Food Shuttle, a local nonprofit working to end hunger and build a healthy, hunger-free community in our area.
