The Voice’s Nick Hagelin scheduled to perform at Imurj on March 10th!

Raleigh, NC– Imurj, Downtown Raleigh’s newest Community Art and Music Center, will be hosting an event featuring Nick Hagelin from NBC’s The Voice. Nick Hagelin, captivated audiences worldwide with his performance of “Lost Stars,” inspiring Christina Aguilera to turn her chair first (NBC’s concept of a blind audition where the celebrity judge turns their chair to capture talent for their team) and soon after Blake Shelton and Pharrell Williams followed suit. Nick is an award-winning singer/songwriter, dancer and actor and has been featured on The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, NBC, CBS, FOX, We TV, E! News, US Weekly, and People Magazine.

Nick ran on Season 10 of The Voice, where he finished in the Top 9. Prior to that appearance, Nick danced internationally with The Carolina Ballet and took home first place in the North Carolina Songwriters Co-op 10th Annual Song Contest presented by Sam Ash Music, back in 2007. He will be performing at Imurj on Friday, March 10th and will host a Q&A session on Saturday, March 11, 2017. Nick will be covering topics about record labels, publishing, national exposure, and songwriting.
