Claudia Pastry is a home-based bakery specializing in handcrafted sweets inspired by the vibrant culinary traditions of Macau, Portugal, and East Asia. Every treat is made in a certified home kitchen in Angier, NC, using only natural ingredients—completely free from artificial flavors, colors, and chemical additives.
Our menu includes French macarons, buttery cookies, Taiwanese pineapple cakes, dark chocolate-dipped orange slices, fruit-based pound cakes, and soft, chewy nougats with dried fruit and nuts. We take special pride in our macarons, which feature beautiful, naturally vibrant colors made from fruit and vegetable powders—never any food dyes.
Currently a vendor at the Apex Farmers Market, Fuquay-Varina Growers Market, and other local Triangle events, Claudia Pastry is excited to join Shop Local Raleigh and share our fresh, culturally inspired creations with even more of the community.
