We are a Triangle food truck owned by a Mother/Son duo fusing traditional Salvadoran dishes with Southern ingredients. Making naturally gluten-free, handmade Pupusas, Yuca frita, plantains, and more! Taking dishes we grew up with and putting a Southern spin on them to make them uniquely Mesas.
