It all started when…

My grandmother, Evelyn, taught me to sew when I was 10 years old.  Over the course of a summer, we worked on many different things including a full-sized quilt that I still use to this day.

Shortly after that summer, my grandmother passed away. I continued to pursue my interests in sewing and quilting by reaching out to my great aunts. I have had many amazing women teach me various skills over the years. It wasn’t until I became pregnant with my first child that I learned what a joy it is to sew for a baby. As she grew, so did my projects and abilities.

While pregnant with my second baby, I learned to crochet, and from there my business started blooming. Crocheted baby items were a hot ticket and I began to dream of having my own business, to create for everyone’s babies, no matter the age.  When we found out that baby number three was a boy, I was inspired to expand my patterns.

My three children have become my inspiration for the things that I create.  Their needs and interests are what spins my creative gears. As a mother, I understand that every child has their own unique style. I love to bring that to life! Fitting the mold is not as fun as being your true self.
