In addition to her client work, Joanne extends her photography services to support rescues in need throughout North Carolina. Her commitment is to amplify the visibility and worth of animals, particularly those that face challenges in finding adoptive homes. Through her work in rescue photography, Joanne aims to contribute to the reduction of animal overpopulation, euthanasia, and homelessness in her state.
Bringing over four years of photography experience and having photographed more than 750+ pups, Joanne has a proven track record of working with dogs of various characteristics, including high-energy, shy, deaf, blind, elderly, and those with physical limitations. Her portfolio reflects her dedication to capturing the unique qualities of each pup. Since Five Freedoms Photography’s inception, she has raised over $52K for dog rescue locally.
