New City Design Group had the opportunity to transform a 1940’s era postal warehouse into Morgan Street Food Hall and Market, home to over 20 individual vendors with full cooking facilities, indoor/outdoor bar, and popular covered outdoor patio. The project won an Anthemion award for adaptive reuse and preservation in 2019.
