They roast their own coffee beans 7 days/week on Hillsborough St. Â Cup A Joe has daily drink specials including Wired Wednesday and Fusion Friday. They have not only a wide variety of coffee beverages, but Joe Juice Smoothies, Chai, and other teas as well. Cup A Joe also has fresh bagels, pastries, croissants and sandwiches.
