Taking the step to start counseling can be difficult, but it can lead you to a healthier and happier life. My goal is to create a confidential, welcoming environment where clients will feel safe to open up about their emotions, thoughts, experiences, choices, and memories. As an ally for equality for all, my hope is that you will feel comfortable choosing me as your therapist regardless of your gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or religion. I incorporate a holistic approach to therapy believing that physical, emotional, and spiritual health are all interconnected. Whether you are coping with a difficult experience or are dealing with long-term issues such as anxiety, depression, or childhood traumas, counseling can be an effective tool in healing your discomfort.
