Nons Salts is a family recipe passed down 4 generations from Northern Italy. The pinching salts are made with locally sourced fresh herbs and garlic and should be used in daily cooking but are also great as a finishing salt. The reason it is a pinching salt is because the fresh herbs and garlic are preserved by the salt therefor making the salt moist to touch. With love from our family to yours!
