Welcome to Carolina’s Catch!  We are an independently-owned food truck established in 2019 based in the Raleigh-Triangle area.  Our mission is to celebrate our state’s seafood cuisine.  Owner, Zack Long, gained valuable experience after graduating with a degree in Culinary Arts and working in various New York City and D.C. restaurants.  Our goal is to highlight the wonderful seafood of the Atlantic.  Menu items are subject to change with seasonal availability.  Carolina’s Catch prepares all items fresh and to order.
