At Barre-Up, we understand that all bodies are uniquely different! What our bodies are capable of one day, may not feel quite as accessible the next. Our experience allows us the discipline to generate proper form + alignment in our classes, along with the flexibility to work with a variety of bodies and their necessary modifications. Our warm, personable attention is coupled with the motivation and encouragement of a small group class setting. Many of our students think of our classes as a “private session” alongside their friends! Our classes will take you on a journey that leaves you feeling accomplished, empowered, supported and centered.
We are conveniently located across the street from the JC Raulston Arboretum in the Fiber Complex on the Capitol City Lumber Company property. We are convenient to NCSU, Meredith College, Rex Hospital, NEOMONDE (our favorite!!) and Wade Avenue. Parking is available in our front or rear lots or on the on street. Please do not block the garage doors or park on the side of the road directly in front of the studio. The Wolf-Line stops across the street at the Arboretum.
DIRECTIONS
From Meredith & NCSU: Go west on Hillsborough, Turn Left onto Beryl. We are on the right past the main entrance to Capitol City Lumber.
From I-440 Belt-line: It is easiest to take the Western Ave exit toward Cary. First right onto Blue Ridge Rd. Right on Pylon. Right on Beryl. We are on the left.
