City of Oaks Dental is a functional and aesthetic-based dental practice. Dr. Vivian Throop treats comprehensively and spends time with each one of our patients to provide them with the necessary knowledge to help make the right decisions for themselves. The financial concerns about dentistry often keep people away from the dentist. Don’t worry if you don’t have dental insurance. We offer an in-house membership plan. We also have in-office payment plans and accept Care Credit.
