Are all your items handmade? Yes, I make each clay piece myself and assemble them into jewelry!

What are your items made out of? I use hypoallergenic earring posts and non-tarnishing necklace chains, high-quality polymer clay, and curated accent pieces. Certain clay pieces are coated with resin for a gloss finish.

How do I care for my jewelry? Treat them like you would any nice jewelry! Avoid bending or tugging on the earrings and store them in a safe, protected place. Avoid contact with oils, harsh chemicals, and water. To clean, use a soft cloth, warm water, and soap.

What is your return policy? I do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item breaks due to a “maker error” please send a photo of the damage and I am happy to send a replacement pair, a refund, or a new pair of your choosing if the materials are no longer available. If the damage is due to mistreatment (improper storage, excessive force, exposure to harsh substances, etc.) I am happy to make a replacement pair if the materials are available at the item’s original price. My items are durable and I pride myself in making them well but please remember they are handmade and abiding by the care instructions here is the best way to prevent damage!

Do you do custom orders? Yes! I love creating new things and am happy to work on a custom order, if you want something in a different color, need an item (or multiple) for a specific event, etc. Send me an email at shopannabanana@outlook.com with the request and I will get back to you within a couple of days. Keep in mind that I am limited to the materials I have available.
