Lightship Neon is Raleigh’s custom neon design studio, specializing in creating new custom neon signs, repairing or restoring existing signs, and teaching workshops in the art of bending glass with fire to create one-of-a-kind works of functional art.

We design and create custom signs for businesses and individuals – we can add a pop of light and color to your store window, add an accent to your common space, or bring your logo to life in neon colors as a backdrop for a Zoom, Teams or YouTube video.

Have an old neon sign that’s no longer lighting up?  Chances are we can bring it back to life – the techniques to make neon haven’t changed much since their inception 120 years ago.  It’s all glass and inert gas, and our shop can repair or restore your sign to bring it back to life.
