Originally from Rochester, NY, Lori grew up in the Town of Webster and graduated from Webster Schroeder High School before earning her degree from St. John Fisher in 2002. After college, she made the move to North Carolina. Raised in a close-knit Italian family, Lori developed a lifelong passion for cooking and always dreamed of launching a food truck to bring a taste of her hometown south. That dream became a reality with Trash Talk Food Truck, where she proudly serves Rochester’s iconic “Trash Plate.” Lori is dedicated to providing delicious food, exceptional customer service, and enjoys connecting with fellow upstate New Yorkers.
