Passionate about quality, they start with the best ingredients, including Duroc pork from a socially responsible farm, fresh hand-cut slaw made from whole cabbage and carrots, Martin’s potato buns, and sauces crafted by a local veteran-owned company. Their philosophy is simple: no shortcuts, just great food made with care.
