Military veterans and their family members are invited to participate in a FREE SOCIAL DANCE WORKSHOP
Classes are open to singles and couples – spouses and significant others are invited to learn with the veteran.
IT’S FUN. IT’S SOCIAL.
This program uses social dancing to improve balance, coordination, social interaction, memory recall, self-esteem, physical conditioning, and body awareness.
Professional instructors will teach a variety of dances for 45 minutes followed by a 45 minute practice party.
No prior dance experience is needed.
Leather/smooth-soled shoes are recommended – no flip flops.
