After more than two years, Will Hamilton, founder and winemaker of Violin Wines, returns to Maximillians Grill & Wine Bar for a special four-course wine dinner. His last visit was in May 2022, and we’ve been looking forward to sharing the table with him again ever since.

Will’s wines are intimate, expressive, and deeply personal — much like his story. The name “Violin” blends the words vino and wine, and even contains his son’s name, Olin — making this evening a beautiful way to share in an early celebration of Father’s Day.
