 Class Description:   This class will explore the history, production process and the art of making pasta. Participants will be instructed on dough preparation and how to creat different noodles form flat to shaped to filled. Infusion of Brovelli Oils for Flavoring will be included.The Brovelli staff will then prepare a pasta meal for you and your will go home with you!

Included meal will be : Garlic Bread,Caesar Salad, Pasta with choice of Brovelli Sauce & Panna Cotta with seasonal fruit. A Glass of wine will be served with  your meal.

All meals made with store products paired for the event  plus, Brovelli’s Oil & Vinegar tasting wall.

Every participant will receive a Complimentary choice of 100 ML. of Olive Oil.

 Cancellation Policy:  If a participant is unable to make a registered course, they can sign up for another course as a substitute. However, we do not offer refunds currently.
