On Saturday, December 31st, we will host a very special dinner to celebrate the end of an eventful 2016! Chef Chris Santucci and Bar Manager Justin Gallus are looking forward to providing a creative arrangement of prix fixe 5-course selections, listed below. 

The price is $69 plus tax and tip, with an optional wine pairing flight priced at $19. Two time slots are available: make your reservation for either 6:30 pm or 9:30 pm by visiting our website and clicking the Reservations tab, or giving us a call at (919) 828-0018.

Amuse Bouche

 – Seared Scallop, Black Garlic and Caramelized Shallot Puree, Edamame, Shiitake Mushroom (vegetarian substitute: Confit Parsnip)

Third (choose one)

 – Salad of Mixed Greens, Butternut Squash, Pomegranate Arils, Chèvre, Pepitas, Sherry Thyme Vinaigrette

 – Spinach Salad, Hard Boiled Egg, Smoked Bleu Cheese, Warm Bacon Chive Vinaigrette

 – Carved Ribeye, Garlic and Herb Mashed Red Potato, Brussels Sprouts, Caramelized Onion Jus

 – Seafood Risotto of Shrimp, Scallop, Squid, Yuzu Butter
