Peak City Coffee is a small batch, specialty coffee roaster in Apex, NC. We only roast specialty coffee, therefore providing our customers with a smooth, balanced cup every time.  In addition to selling retail bags via our website, we sell wholesale to other retailers such as grocery stores and gift shops as well as restaurants and coffee shops.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our customer base. You will be a major representative of Peak City Coffee and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales and marketing strategy. Â The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers as part of a team that has passion around sharing great coffee.
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products and our unique value proposition
- Provide continuous world class support for re-orders and customer needs
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Serve as a product expert for new and existing customers
- Provide exemplary fast delivery when needed
- Maintain clear and concise records of meetings, sales, and expenditures
