Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Knowledge:Â Understand various garment decoration techniques and their pricing.
- Product Insight:Â Familiarity with different materials, sizes, brands, and delivery times.
- Customer Interaction:Â Engage with customers in-store, over the phone, and via email.
- Sales System:Â Operate our Point of Sale system efficiently.
- Production Support:Â (Optional) Assist with in-store production and fulfill orders as needed.
- Organizational Skills:Â Maintain a well-organized work environment.
- Problem Solving:Â Provide solutions and resolutions for customers.
- Creativity:Â Generate easy-to-choose solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Communication:Â Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
