Tea Consultant Job Responsibilities:

• Fast learner with the ability to work with multiple customers quickly, while providing a high quality of service.
• Helps customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions.
• Promotes sales by demonstrating the functionality of products to customers and recommending accompanying products.
• Opening/closing store; running and balancing system reports.
• Attracts customers by originating display ideas; producing merchandise displays in windows and showcases, and on sales floor.
• Fulfilling orders for wholesale accounts; preparing merchandise for delivery from online orders.
• Responsible for daily store cleaning and maintaining a safe store environment.
• Weekly inventory checks required to validate system inventory levels; assisting with processing new inventory upon arrival.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge (industry reading)
