The Rican Lab food truck was voted Raleigh’s Best Food Truck 2023!! We are a local family owned business that serves award winning Puerto Rican food with only the best fresh ingredients. We have a variety of traditional items including Pernil with rice and beans, rellenos de papa, beef empanadas, sweet plantains and tostones.
