Cocoa Forte is a family business owned and operated by husband and wife, Freddie & Nicole. They are the original idealist behind the various flavored combinations of Chocolate Dipped Cheesecake with crushed toppings!

Cocoa Forte started as a hobby back in 2011.  Hauling a 10×10 tent and freezers filled with NY Style Cheesecakes, the couple served at multiple events and festivals all over the state of NC.  Now, Freddie and Nicole operate a dessert truck everyday serving the local Triangle area.
