We aim to create the atmosphere one would expect or has come to know while visiting the Greek Isles. The poetic imagery of lush foliage on Mediterranean coasts, the familiar blue and white linens of local tavernas, ceramic pots holding olive trees, and the celebrated music of Greece all provide an experience that will only leave you craving your next culinary adventure.

Our recipes use time-tested cooking techniques to produce flavorful dishes, using the combination of simple ingredients, herbs and spices to infuse flavor into each of our recipes.
