Come out for a fun evening of Latin and Ballroom dancing while helping to bring the joy of dancing and movement to our community!

ComMotion believes that everyone deserves an opportunity to experience the joy of dancing and movement.
They provide classes and workshops in the Research Triangle and beyond, FREE OF CHARGE, for people of
all ages and abilities to get an opportunity to experience the physical and emotional benefits of dance and
movement. Current programs include classes for military veterans, cancer survivors, seniors, and kids.
